£60,000+ damages for clients involved in road traffic collision
We were pleased to finalise settlements this week for four clients who were involved in a road traffic collision on a country road outside Belfast in August 2024. Jack Dowling acted.
Our clients, a driver and three passengers, were travelling to a football match in August 2024 when a car pulled out in front of them causing a 3 car collision.
Liability, with the benefit of dash cam footage, was quickly admitted by the third party insurance company and medicals were arranged with relevant consultants.
We arranged a hire car for our client with React Accident Management as our client's car was written off by a mechanic.
Damages were agreed recently for more than £60,000.
We are pleased to have settled these claims for our clients within 6 months of the accident, avoiding unnecessary legal costs.
